In view of that, to have, a state-of-the-art R & D Center and in-house laboratory, meeting the international standards, was our aim because it is the primary component to achieve the declared quality policy and through that customer satisfaction. Pioneer Ready Mix’s new R & D Center and in-house laboratory provides the technical facility for timely, accurate and cost effective tests that ensure every mix design, raw material to the batched concrete, meets all the quality requirements of the project specification in line with the international standards. Every load of raw material we receive are tested for source, purity, measurements and quality before used for production. The raw materials are repeatedly tested to confirm the quality requirements considering the changes in weather, dust winds, ambient temperature etc., to ensure the product quality at the mixing phase of production so as to produce a homogenous mix of materials as the final product
