Technical department
Headed by the technical manager and quality controller, looking after all the technical and quality matters relating to the products of the company. They are supported by the material engineer, QC engineer, Laboratory foreman, Technicians, Material receiving clerk and helpers.
IT Department
IT Administrator is the head of the department and assisted by the IT technicians. The responsibilities are the overall control of all the IT assets (Hardware & Software) Email management, Internet usage, ERP control and access, Software licenses, Periodical backups and anti-virus software updations, Telephone and mobile service, Data control, and servicing / Repair / Maintenance/ Installations etc. Of all related equipment’s and software’s. The Department is governed by the declared IT Policy
To support the day to day administration and control over various fields of operations pioneer ready mix has integrated latest information technology facilities viz.
1. ERP: (Enterprise Resource Planning System) for overall control and monitoring of various operations and accounts.
2. Fleet Management System: To trace and locate all the vehicles round the clock.
3. In-house and External Communication system (mail facilities)
4. CCTV monitoring system
Production department
Controlled by the production manager, being assisted by the shipping in-charge, Plant operators and foreman who are in charge of the sites. The daily supply schedule is approved by him and continuously monitored, in liaison with the sales department. The allocation of mixer fleets and concrete pumps to each station are monitored.
Sales department
The technical sales manager is in charge of the sales department. He is assisted by the sales representatives and continuously in liaison with the production department and
monitors the supply schedule. Periodical meetings with the clients and finalization of the new deals etc. are carried out.
Maintenance department
The maintenance department is controlled by the maintenance manager, a senior mechanical engineer and assisted by maintenance and batching plant engineers, foreman and storekeeper. There are around 90 well-trained and experienced technical employees to carry out all the required repair and maintenance of the plant and equipments.
Accounts department
Finance manager is in-charge of accounts department and it is working in a two-tier system.
1. Maintenance of general accounts and works related to yearly audit and connected matters etc.
2. Invoice section, which is entirely handling the supply details, preparing invoices, credit notes and debit notes and customer credit control. This helps the customers to get an efficient and timely supporting hand in all their enquiries about the account related matters.
